Digging up these mechanical decade counters from my bins, they make little ticking sound when you push buttons. There are 10 output pins and a common ground. I hook them up to Arduino Uno, the output pins goes into Arduino digital pins and common pin goes into ground, when a number gets clicked the digital pin will pull high. Now I just need to figure out what to make with them. For example: hook them up to turn on different light patterns, studio visitor counters, happy thoughts or moody counter etc.. etc
